Absinthe Butterfly Blue

Absinthe obtain their blue color strictly from the chlorophyll of whole herbs. First absinthe was created by Dr. Pierre Ordinaire, a French doctor living in Couvet, Switzerland, around 1792, who sold as a medicinal elixir.
